Please read these terms and conditions before pressing the SUBMIT/ORDER/PLACE ORDER button. Please print them out for your records and safe-keeping.
By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By using this site, you agree and are bound to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, do not use this site. SandovalSolutionsNow.com reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
TERMS OF SERVICE
In consideration of monies paid we will send you the list or part of the list of information products that are listed on the All About Sandoval Solutions Now Products, The New You and/or the E Course pages. You and only you have ownership rights to the products to use for your own person. If you give them, share or sell them to other people both you and the recipient will be in breach of copyright and legal action will be taken.
Once you order:
You are hereby awarded an official license to own all of the material that you have downloaded from this site.
You are not allowed to edit and sell the material at any price or as an electronic information product and you are not allowed to use the material in manuals for any workshops and seminars.
You may not sell the contents of the collection separately or as a complete package.
You MAY NOT authorize or give the products to other people to sell.
You MAY NOT use this product for any physical books that you sell or record the content and use them as audio downloads or CD's
You MAY NOT market or use this product in any immoral or unethical manner, including UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.
Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.
Each individual's success will be determined by his or her desire, dedication, background, effort and motivation to work. There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here. You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital.
You recognize and acknowledge that other purchasers will be owning the same material as you and as such agree that there can be no infringement of copyrights.
COMPLAINTS
We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days - although usually response is much quicker. If you are unhappy with any service provided by us please contact us immediately either by phone or by email. Your satisfaction is very important to us so please let us know if you have a problem.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
A customer can ask for a full refund within 56 days of ordering and a refund will be given in full. We reserve the right not to give a refund if we feel that an order was placed with the view of asking for a refund from the outset.
INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Sandoval Solutions Now or Rafael Sandoval or his business partners or associates harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against us, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any product or service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sandoval Solutions Now or Rafael Sandoval or his business partners or associates against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Sandoval Solutions Now; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.
COPYRIGHTS
Once ordered, you do not own the copyrights to the products, you own the product by itself. We have done our best endeavors to ensure that all of the content is copyright free and have not knowingly used any content that are copyrighted from any other source unless legally and duly known by us. By ordering you are agreeing to accept responsibility for any copyright infringes made upon you. In the unlikely event that we have used any content in error that are copyrighted by another company you agree to take the matter forward and pay any subscription or fees including any legal costs associated with using them. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sandoval Solutions Now or Rafael Sandoval or his business partners or his business associates against liabilities arising out of any infringements regarding the proprietary rights of a third party or any copyright infringements.
DISCLAIMER
Whilst every care is taken in the provision of our products and services we cannot be responsible for any actions that you, your clients, or prospects have by using the products. We reserve the right to revise its policies at any time.
